You must accurately state your date of birth at the time of registration. besa8 may request documentation to verify your age at any time. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

besa8's VIP program has 5 tiers and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's gaming activity. besa8 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers cannot be combined (stacking is prohibited) unless specifically stated otherwise.
• besa8 may withdraw or modify any bonus at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.
• The validity period of a bonus offer is specified on the relevant promotional page.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the server-side record shall be considered final.

8.2 Closure by User

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed, but bonuses with unfulfilled turnover requirements will be cancelled.
